memory

in your bios (i.e. hold delete while the computer is booting up) find the advanced features tab or cpu configuration tab.

there it may have something called RAM configuration or similar.

thats where you overclock by normally choosing the divider or the speed at which to run the ram (dont know specifically about your mobo)

the speed of your ram ultimately depends on the FSB speed so that will probably hold you back iin terms of massive RAM speed.
