Hi Guys,

I need your help.

Since installing my NVidia 690 I am experiencing frequent BSOD even after fresh win 7 install and up to date drivers.

The message I get is Memory_Management. I suspect either RAM or Card, I have done a few tests including memtest86 which brought up a few ton of errors.

Everything is stock speeds and I am using 4x4gb Kingston memory at 1600mhz.

Windows says I have hardware errors but is not helpful.

Any ideas

What is your ram voltage?

Also try each memory stick individually as you might have a faulty one as your seeing Mem-Test errors.

Meant to ask, what PSU are you using :)

As above, memtest each stick on it's own for as long as you can spare (though errors usually crop up within an hour). It's a boring and drawn out process but welcome to the club ;) Hopefully it's just 1 faulty DIMM and not the card

Thanks guys I will have to check the voltage. I'm using xfx 850w. The card is under warranty and so is the ram but I will spend time doing the checks oh joy

Check the RMA process, because if they need you to RMA the RAM as an entire kit there's really no point in checking individual modules and you should just get the kit replaced.

Hi guys I have checked the RAM and I do have one dud stick. Didn't take too long to find it luckily but I have checked all of them.

Hi guys I have another problem, although there is a life time warranty on this RAM Overclockers have advised me to contact Kingston and on the Kingston website it advises me the below:
If you believe you have a faulty product that requires replacement, please contact your point of purchase directly for their assistance in handling the warranty on your product. OC insist I contact Kingston I am stuck. Anyone else needed to return a Kingston product?
