Twitter is banning anyone who tweets it for 12 hours

Is there a story behind this?

I tested it and got banned then told my brother to do it who also got banned

The ban is for “posting private information”.
Could be a high profile persons password for something? I’ve got no idea but have found a little bit of joy tricking friends into doing it.
