Memtest 4 usage

I need to test my memory to see if there are faults. I burnt memtest on to a disc and booted it up.

I don't have a clue what all that means.
If anyone could explain it to me then please do
I'm going to run it over night.

Looking at the result you have a faulty memory module.

Try each stick individually and double check voltage, speed & timings in the BIOS.
