Memtest Crash?

When i have my rig clocked at 420mhz FSB i run memtest to make sure the memory is stable but it gets to test 5 about 5:30 in then just stops the timer stops counting, and the test stop but the + on Memtest+86 in the top left keeps flashing. Is this a memtest issue or a system stability issue?

Hi,

Test 5 on memtest is one of the more stressful tests than memtest performs on your ram, if it is throwing errors, then it is more than likely you have a faulty stick or sticks. try alternating and testing one stick at a time to see which is faulty. then rma them for new ones.
