Right, so I've never run Memtest86+ before in my life, but after recieving the following errors:

"System service exception"
DXGKRNL.dll

and - "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Over the past few days, I decided to run it.

Quick overview of my current setup

i7 920 d0 @ 3.7Ghz (185 Bclk @ 20x {Thought I set this to 21...})
Core Voltage 1.2v
Memory - 740Mhz (Rated at 1600Mhz so im running it UNDERCLOCKED which worries me!)
Memory Voltage - 1.64v
Timings 9-9-9-24 1T

Now I have just ran the Memtest @ 1 pass and got the following errors:

Any input on next port of call would be good..

Looks like you have a faulty memory stick, put all back to stock and test each stick to hopefully find the one which faulty and then organise a RMA.

To run at recommended setting ie 1600mhz you will need to adjust the memory multiplier in the BIOS.

Hmm so that will take me 3 hours if I get the first 2 sticks wrong :D

I underclocked it just to keep it stable, options were 1400 or 1800 in bios, so obviously chose the lower one to keep things working.

Will test each stick tomorrow sometime! Thanks for the advice. Only thing is, arnt the 3 sticks matched? So I will have to send back all 3?

When I had faulty memory on my I7 build (OCZ Gold) it only took about 15mins per stick to do.

Yes you will need to send back all 3.
