Hey im just wondering which version i download and what i do with it, might sound strange but im kind confused

Download the 4.0a iso version for windows, once downloaded and extracted, right click on the image and select burn to disk. This will create a bootable cd. In bios set your optical drive as primary boot device with this disk in the tray to run memtest.

Also run it for several passes when you use it. Sometimes errors won't show on the first run through. This can take a long time if you have lots of ram.

Ok thanks, i dont have a cd drive or cds though. Is the usb installer any good to use?
