Hey, just bought this pc from overclockers and have got some bad RAM (Memtest87 running for ~10mins came back with over 17,000 errors) What do i have to do next to get this replaced? do i have to test the individual sticks to see which ones faulty and send that back?

Thanks, max.

well if you have 4 sticks it could just be 1 bad stick or 2. its best to test it stick by stick and then atleast if you have 1-2 sticks left you can then send back the bad ram and still have a computer to use *hopefully* (providing its not all 2/4 whatever many sticks that are effected)

actually check to make sure the memory is running at the correct timings with say cpu-z and check the voltage in the bios for the memory to make sure its running at the right voltage.
