Men Driving Audi TT's

Only thing stopping me is the full suspension rebuild. The clutch job and whatever else. Ive done all that on the mk4 and the e36 and I don't "want" a tt enough to justify it.

This evening on the way back from work i saw some big balled guy driving a yellow Megane cabriolet....now that is gay..
I had to chuckle to myself because of this thread being created earlier the same day.

I don't get the hairdresser thing at all. I don't know any hairdressers who drive TT's or MX-5s (or SLKs for that matter, I got that a lot when I was looking at those).

My old barber drove a golf, my sister's hairdresser drives a pink clio with the most ridiculous spoiler I've ever seen, and the barber I've been going to since I moved into the city drives a blacked-out E36 "M3" (318ti).

Thread has managed to get me into a state where I'm now giggling to myself at the thought of Louie Spence driving a car at all.

I would rather catch rocks with my eyes than drive a TT again. Not driven the new shape but drove a 225 bhp one and not only felt silly but it was a horribly underwhelming experience.

Get an s2000....... :)

compared to what though? The S2000 is a different kettle of fish, complete drivers car. You wouldn't buy a tt if you wanted real performance.

Me personally, being in a 225 tt, I thought the thing went like stink, and was very sure and planted on the road.

(Says the 51-year old driving an Impreza...:p)

You are 51?! I thought you were early 40's at most.

One of our customers bought one brand new...forties, big belly, needs a little blue pill to get it up but hey, he looks cool in his car right!!!
:D

The sad fact of life is, no matter what you buy, if you are gross and uncool, it won't make you good looking or cool, despite what all the adverts try and make you think these days.

I'm more concerned about the plural "'s" in the title than what goes on in your choice of car! ;)

Mate from last office had a TTRS and it was awesome.

Personally, do you really care? Like it? Buy it. Enjoy it.

I've never seen as many homophobia comment. It's pathetic that in the 21st century, that people assocciate inanimate object as a car with a person's sexuality. If you like a car, you just like it, nothing to do with your sexuality. Some people need to wise up
