A little project that myself and a friend are into at the moment involves an old mental assylum that was used in the film The Jacket with Keira "dr00l" Knightly.

The place itself is utterly huge with 963 acres and 4 miles of road. I'm currently making a website on the assylum with pictures of every building inside and out but it's taking a while. The place is guarded 24/7 by 2 guards so it's sometime difficult to get the right shots. I'd love to sit there for a good 10 minutes or so setting up the shot and getting it just right, but more often than not I get a 30 second window to setup and take the shot. I've had to pull the camera out of the away mid shutter a few times when the guard has appeared :D

Anyway, here are a few of my favourite shots from outside. I'm saving the interior ones for later.........I've got quite a few creepy ones  Any thoughts or ideas on my settings to make life easier for myself are more than welcome. I've noticed myself a lot of noise in a few of the pics.

Edit - P.S - up here in Scotland there is no such thing as private property so we can't get done for trespassing. Nor do we break and enter into any of the buildings. In essence, we try not to do anything illegal.
