Menu Icon Display Technique

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me the technique being used to display the menu icon, on the top left of the website for The Masters:

http://www.masters.com/

Is it CSS?

Is there a popular off the shelf solution for a menu icon and menu system that is responsive?

Jquery ui menu (possibly!)

The icon specifically? The hamburger is made from a single span element (for the middle bar), with the top and bottom bars added with ::before and ::after pseudo-elements (via CSS).

If you use Chrome you can right click just about anything and use 'inspect element' which will show you the relevant html and css
