I've finally had the bad experience with a Sky Hub Fibre router that everyone warned me about and I'm slightly scorned at the fact that they want £70 for a new one.
Fair play to the chap, he did try and entice me in by knocking a few £££ off and even said try to cancel the subscription to see if the cancellation team would offer be a new one to keep me sweet.
I've had a read around and noticed that if you get a MER enabled router, you can do some shady business and use it.
My question is.....how can I tell if the router I'm looking at is/ has MER? I've done my research and got a few products, but how do people know? Is it just trial and error or is there a certain specification?
