Made me laugh really after the comments above. I thought people meant it could be a little creaky lol, not that they were skipping bolting things on!
The good news is the car comes with Carplay and I can get Android Auto added via an ODB2 unit for £150. Will probably go ahead with that as it's worth it alone for Waze.
