Merge Multiple AVIs

From the days when I used to rip my DVDs I have a whole folder of films in the format:

Film CD 1.avi
Film CD 2.avi
etc.

Is there a tool/program out there that will go through this folder and merge each film into one file?

That is a good program, but if I have 100+ videos that are split, I don't really fancy doing each one manually
