Merging Seamlessly

I have several wma files that i would like to merge together seamlessly into one mp3 file! I'd like to do it as easily as possible, so possibly do the conversion from wma to mp3 later?

Any help and suggestions on programs that are available would be nice! I tired googling it, the closest thing i could find was virtual dub, but that was only for video files it seemed!

Audacity should do that. It's a good program.
