Messed up big time somewhere...

It is possible to put too much pressure when screwing in the waterblocks, just try and loosen the GPU a little to make sure you haven't. The same for the CPU.
 
Their's always a risk to watercooling I'm afraid :(

If you can't afford to lose it, then don't do it! Also you would have voided the warranty on the gfx card anyhow by watercooling it. Crazy!

Sorry I know this doesn't help at all. Hope it gets fixed though!
 
All sorted guys, im using a 16x PCIE extender to turn my GPU 90 degrees, turns out a connection was loose on it. Bit of solder and the GPU came back to life! Fan controller is knackered i think, plugged my old one in and it works fine, seems everything is all good
