Messed up Big time!

I Made one hell of a careless mistake... recently returned some memory to OCUK (unwanted) but forgot to put the RMA on the package...does anyone know what will happen to the package? im extremely concerned since the ram is quite $$$ and dont want it to get lost.. any help will be much appreciated..

Did you put a return address on the package? I'd give them a call in the morning to let them know to expect your package.

yer, give them a ring, I doubt you're the only person to do that, nor that they'd just throw it into the pile

Ocuk will reject the package as it has no RMA number, package will be returned back to you

I just checked the delivery status via royal mail and they have accepted the package...are u sure they reject the parcels?

Perhaps accepted it on delivery, but would be sent back out by the returns department? btw return delivery will be chargable to you.

just spoke to customer services... they said it shouldnt be a problem and they will get it sorted... so hopefully it will get processed (fingers crossed)

exactly what i was dreading..the package is apparently lost... royal mail website shows its been delivered and overclockers say they are looking for it but cant find it... they asked for the person's name who signed for the package but its not there on the royal mail website... any suggestions :confused:
