Messenger Problem - I know the service is up, ive checked

Anyone else getting log in problems? A few people i know are online as ive asked them, i just cant seem to log in! Anyone else? The site says the service is up.

Happens sometimes, no need to make a thread about it. Go make a cuppa tea or something.

Are you that involved in Msn?
 
Try exiting msn messanger, then load it up again, and sign in.

You could also try rebooting your router (if you're using a router).

If there are still problems, perhaps try using trillian or gaim and see if you can log on to messanger.

Tried everything suggested. Its not im sad to miss it, i need to talk to someone on there i dont have a phone number to. Ah well :)
 
You haven't got a proxy server in Internet Explorer or anything? That has stopped me from signing in a few times before
 
happend to me earlier, dont try loging in for 10 mins then try it, also try disabling your net connection and then re enabling, I done that and it worked. its total random sometimes.
 
Try Tools>Options>Connections Tab. Then just click OK without changing anything. It was a fix for some problems with version 6. Might work :)
