Meta PCVR games not showing up without internet.

I raised a ticket about this issue early in July, and sent of a load of diagnostic files and screenshots to meta support who kept asking me the same questions. The issue was resolved by a recent link software update and they bunged me £50 in store credit.....
which is nice!

Having to deal with support at the moment too. I've been bumped off to another team, so I don't know if I'll hear back. I had to repeat myself multiple times to the same questions, then got a completely unrelated answer by someone else, sent back a sarcastic reply, and they came back to me saying "thank you for your opinion, is it resolved?" basically. Told them that it wasn't, went through it again, but since I finally had the same person replying, I actually got them to understand the issue.

Doubt I'll hear anything back, but I'll try again if I don't hear from them in a week.

I swear it was a lot easier the first couple of times! Though I think I did that through their facebook chat support thing, might stick to that in the future.

Yeah, I'll just let him pick some Q2 compatible games and gift them. That's his xmas sorted.
