Looks nice but to much Fulton recovery, there should be to the limited amount of uses.... I enjoyed the challenge of hiding bodies and leaving no trace in previous metal gear solid games.

E3 demo so not accurate of complete game. Fulton is limited to how much money you have, it cost him 300 every time he fulton a soldier. And it cost more to fulton other objects aswell.
Knowone saw the jeep, if they did that would raise alarms or atleast cause troops to investigate.

Yes its meant to give you a chance to take them out

It can be turned off in the options tho.. its classed as reflex mode or something.
