Caporegime
Hi all
I've had metatarsalgia for about 5 weeks now after over doing it with the skipping rope.
It's very boring not being able to do my favourite cardio and although it's been getting better slowly but surely, it's something I'm keen to avoid a repeat of in the future.
Does anyone have any tips they can share from bitter past experience about how to avoid this utter banter, like inserts, shoe type, etc?
Not sure how best to protect the toes in future but I need to make sure it's fully healed first I guess.
I'll be going to the doc if it's not better in another week.
