Metro 2033 Mods?

Hi,

I've just bought Metro 2033 on steam, heard a lot of good things about it.

I was just wondering, are there any mods that will improve the experience? I don't want anything that drastically changes the gameplay/story too much obviously as I want to experience the game as intended on my first playthrough.

Stuff such as, improved graphics, improved sound...possibly a new gun or something like that. Or something else completely, but again I don't want to change the game too much.

To my knowledge there are no mods for Metro 2033.

Also, improved graphics for Metro would be pointless, it's already one of the best looking games around, the same goes for the sound.

Good luck running the vanilla game maxed out, let alone modded to be even better looking!

The only mod I'd be interested in is a quicksave mod for the campaign.
