metro 2033 problems

I dont normally seek help for games,but metro 2033 has got me. I have even looked at online walkthroughs .
Anyway . I have got to Outpost level ,but the radar at the top does not want to know . i have killed everyone there ,apart from the flying demons ,and colected all i can . But i run out of filters in the end .. Just runing arond the radar station ?


I have no tape ? were is it ????

You get the tape way back during the children of the underground fight in 'Defense' (it's after 'Depot' aka the tram ride'), you have to speak to the commander after the fight and he gives it to you, then you put it in the tape recorder in the shack on the roof of the building.

Just so you know sending the transmission isn't a requirement, all it gets you is an achievement, the story doesn't change. I missed it entirely on my first play through.

After that you just need to work your way around the building to the other side and head past a Nazi patrol to a bunker type structure, there are some stairs behind it leading to the next level.
