Metro 2033 settings help please

Basically, I've gone into the Metro 2033 video settings page, and I have selected DX11 and then restarted the game. Going back into settings, I don't see specific settings for turning off DoF and HBAO or whatever it's called (the main frame rate killing things on this game is what I want to turn off). Is there a config file I need to amend or something? Currently just have it set on 'High'.

Options, video, then click the top one - DX 11 options. (above resolution)

Takes you to the page to select - Dof and tessellation.

That should give you some of your fps back
