looks awesome, just seen the videos on the metro2033 french site.. OMG!

But... DX11 NVIDIA TWIMTBP game? released 16th March - any significance to GTX 470 / 480 release maybe?
can't wait for this awesome nvidia dx11 game to be released before nvidia have any dx11 cards available to buy :D

hopefully my 260 can handle the game in good settings

Just seen this game and it's look amazing i take it it's a bit like Left 4 Dead and you play as a team does anyone know?

Minimum:

Dual core CPU (any Core 2 Duo or better will do)
DirectX 9, Shader Model 3 compliant graphics cards (GeForce 8800, GeForce GT220 and above)

Any Quad Core or 3.0+ GHz Dual Core CPU

Optimum:

Core i7 CPU
NVIDIA DirectX 11 compliant graphics card (GeForce GTX 480 and 470)
As much RAM as possible (8GB+)
Fast HDD or SSD
Enabling 3D Vision

Metro 2033 utilizes NVIDIA 3D Vision with compatible cards and hardware. To play in 3D you will require:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275 and above recommended
A 120Hz (or above) monitor
NVIDIA 3D Vision kit
Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7
 
As much RAM as possible (8GB+)


this means what? the first game ever to use as much ram as it can grab? and whats it being used for also? the graphics are great but thier not mind blowing considering the power an i7 and 8gb of ram and a gtx 480 posesses.

that or this is going to be the biggest resource hog of an engine ever, infact if you took crysis and gtaiv and they hade a baby which turned out with half a head and 3 legs thats about how messed up id imagine any engine with those graphics and the specs they quoted.
