Metro fullscreen problem

Went to try out Metro benchmark for memory usage on Amd but I can't run the game in fullscreen hence disabling crossfire.

I have the taskbar showing from launch and in game and don't have a clue on how to fix this, any help guys?

harmony, there is no error message, game starts as it should with no errors.
The taskbar sits on top of the game, so the game isn't running in fullscreen hence crossfire won't work.
According to radeon pro on screen display there is only 1 gpu getting used, the crossfire logo also doesn't display which indicates that it's not being used.

user.cfg and alt-enter don't work either!

Have noticed the ini always reverts to fullscreen off after launching the game.
Have tried read only on the user.cfg's(both of them) but even though they don't revert to fullscreen off, the problem is still there.

Still scratching my head.

^found the third user.cfg in:
\Steam\userdata\9358120\43110\remote

That one fixed the problem, now we have full screen goodness!
