Metro: Last Light floor glitches

My graphics card is a Radeon Vega 64, I have Advanced Physx turned off because it was causing the game to run very slow.

Here are my graphic settings.

Any suggestions on how to stop the floor from flickering like this?

Yep, latest drivers and no problem in any other games.
