MGS4 online beta thread

So can anyone tell me how to join a game that a friend is in?

When i go to the friends list i can see a friend playing but cant see an option to join that game? am i doing something wrong?

Its more to get a feel for team play, and trying out techniques to be ready for the full game.

Join if you want .... no loss to me :D:p

Never off mine buddy ...... youve been looking in the wrong places.

Rainbow 6 vegas 2 and warhawk ( latest expansion ), were my regulars ....now its just warhawk & MGO ( soon to be GTA4 ).


And don't you know who you are talking too ......... the forum ps3 fanboi ... according to spunj99.


You only ever seem to play pixeljunk, SSHD or tekken online ( which I have aswell ). I am on ...but play late, usually 10.30 / 11pm onwards.
 
You don't have to worry about playing only on non-auto aim servers. Auto aim is literally a joke, you will kill someone who is using auto aim every time manually aiming.
 
Ps. Can anyone who is hosting a game tell me what settings they are using? This is the 1st game I have come across where I can't host.

I have a port forwarded in my router and the p2p worked, but can't host games. Tried UPnP and that did not work either. (Fails trying to do some UDP port check).

Cannot "Create Game" with the current network environment. (0693:00000001)

I have got that fault sometimes ..... just try again with the same settings.

Its like when everyone tried to log in for the first time ..... you just had to keep trying .... it usually works first time.

ANyway there is no need for you to host .... no lag on my game :p
