Just tried the same, it says i am located in the UK.
 
Shame for you guys on aol :( Hopefully Konami can sort this out soon, on the official site there looks like servers will be down later tonight again and also midnight tonight it looks like another update, but not known what it does.

Anyway any OCukers fancy a game this morning?

You know how incredibly dull it is to mess around with someone after you've stunned them? Kill them and get it over with so they can respawn.

Well think just a search em and shoot them approach works best! Some one did that to me earlier and got shot in the head while he was playing about, i even manage to come round.
 
Silly question.....how on earth do i inite people in my friends list to join me in a game or join the game my friends are in?

Loing this game by the way :)

Goto personal Data then to match history select player and select add to friends or theres a player search facility.

I got people in my list by when their online i cant se how to join them or if there is a way to invite them to a game i'm already in?
 
just had go on this and i think its pretty class :D, definitely much better than i expected.

I think its down to the fact that it can be played like a shooter which suits me, though im sure it goes much deeper than that and will get better over time

anyway how do you add friends on this and which id do need?

my log in id is ste.unit and my character name is hnz^ so feel free to add me :)
 
People need to learn to use the whole link play feature more (the one where you hold triangle and link up with teammates), it's awesome and one of the main things that sets this game apart but i rarely see anyone take advantage of it.
 
Did they take the beta download off the store or did they just hide it? That's ridiculous if it is. It wasn't even possible to get the 1.01 update at least 2-3 days after. People are still downloading that update even today with speeds of 1kbs.
 
Hehe, just come home from town and I'm only at 82% through the first patch. Thank god im going out for a bite to eat and drink with my misses rather than sit and stair at the progress bar. :)
 
Anything else about a workaround for AOL users? i contacted AOL and they werent any help, all they did was confirm that my ip is UK based and that i should contact Konami :(
