I see. I've been meaning to sort out my skills for some time now as well.

What sensitivity levels does everyone use?
For 3rd person and 3rd person aim I use 7; for 1st person I use 4.

Mines currently set at 7 all round.

New map is amazing, not sure I like facing that snipers nest above the very long street though, grrr.

Lol think i was playing with you on that earlier, need to find away round the back to get them dirty snipers!
Snake is strange but fun took me a while to get used to him, wonder if you can practice with him? The goit who was mk2 when i was snake shocked me the little Git!!

I think its just server side, so when someone creates a server they're given the ability to select the new modes and maps - they were probably already included in the original download/first big patch, just hidden.

I've just realized in the next two weeks i have two exams and two pieces of coursework due in... so no i won't be taking part during the day today. Maybe tonight.

Got a reply back from konami, not much help

Thank you very much for contacting the Konami customer support team.

It is most likely that the error (090B):00000001) which prevents you from
connecting to the beta server is due to security issues which
are either caused by the download being incomplete or the ports (UDP)
not being opened at all.
Please make sure that your internet connection is correctly configured and
then try again to connect to the Metal Gear Online beta server.

If you're in OcUK clan, just go to Clan options, affiliation, find a member online and select move to game.

what connections are you guys hosting these servers on,

ive got 20mb virgin cable, although the upload isnt the best, would that be able to host anything?

Its the upload that counts, you need at least 512 upload to host a reasonable server.
