Interesting choice .......... awesome cgi quality imo ... and if you take out the fact of Hayter and Sutherlands past roles , its a good joice of voice

haha take it this is going to have 20-30mins of cut-scenes though out like the last.
Loved it but dint have a bloody clue of what was going on

Sutherland sounds like he's dialling it in and is bored. I hope to god they allow us to switch to Japanese dialogue with subs.

It's just not right. Kiefer Sutherland will forever be Jack Bauer in my mind, his voice doesn't fit Snake at all.

And trying to use lines from the earlier games as a throwback ("Kept you waiting, huh?") is a cheap and nasty tactic when they're not even using the same actor.

Yeah, I agree, it was a massive mistake to recast Snake. I couldn't finish watching the trailer since his voice just took me right out of it - it sounded like he was just reading a menu. Also, the Skullface guy's voice was better in the Japanese version, the English guy didn't sound very menacing.
