Mice similar to the Xai/Sensei

My Sensei Ten is (annoyingly) exhibiting the same scroll behaviour my original Sensei did after a few years where it decides to scroll all over the damn place. I've cleaned the mouse out twice, cleaned the wheel & sensors inside the mouse.

I'm wondering if it may be time to just pop an arm off the SteelSeries wagon (I own a lot of SteelSeries) but I've never found a mouse that is as perfect as the Sensei. I had the Sensei 310 before the Ten and even that always felt wrong. My wife's Aerox is just so light it feels like it'll go flying across the room every time I touch it...

Are there any other suggestions folks have to try for mice as close to the Sensei as you can get? The main thing for me is the size, shape & weight. The ambidextrous design is "it" for me, I've never liked right-handed mice. I'm considering the Corsair Darkstar because it looks like a nice shape and has a nice amount of extra buttons, but it's Hella expensive at £150...

I'm considering going wireless this time, but my wife's Aerox is also poo in that department as the battery dies seemingly fast when not in Bluetooth mode at 150hz, with all features disabled. Kinda defeats the point imo.

Any thoughts appreciated, before I just order a Rival 5 or something!

Closest things I can see from just visual appearance (and I have no idea about size etc as I've never used them!) would be something like

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/benq...tra-large-symmetrical-low-prof-kb-003-bq.html (although this seems to have slightly more sculted/fluted button shape)

If you're interested in something wireless, I have a Logitech 502 lightspeed and don't find the charging frequency unbearable - I don't often game at my desk for hours at my desk any more but only have t charge it every 1-2 weeks usually (with the RGB on!). The actual performance on wireless is great (can't tell the difference from wired tbh! - Had a wired 502 before this). Even when charging I don't really notice the cable (it came with a very nice braided one that the housing slots very securely in to the mouse)
The G-Pro wireless is a symetrical offering from them:

I kinda know what you mean about the SteelSeries love though, had a couple of thier headsets and they have fantastic build quality for the price (still using one, whenever I'm not using speakers)

Edit: just had a look at the darkstar and it looks decent, but it's not symetrical/ambidextrous! (can also be had currently for a lot less than £150!)
