Micro ATX board AMD or intel

Im looking to build a HTPC Infact I have one...but its very noisy, im using an old shuttle.)

I have an AMD 6400x2 or a Intel C2D e6700 to use as CPU and i can scrounge everything else but i will need a new mobo, What can people suggest?

I have a separate GPU with HDMI out that will do the job nicely

ill have a look at that board!
