Micro ATX build that is not much larger than a Dell SFF.

I have a working system which lives in a standard black box style tower case that I'd like to shrink a bit.

Since buying a console, I found I prefer the sit back in the sofa gaming and don't think I'll ever game on PC again.

I downgraded (or upgraded) from a 3300x processor with GPU to a 5600GT with iGPU which is fine, but the case is now far too large.

I still use my old Dell Inspiron which is a lot of kit in a very small quiet package but despite upgrading to 16GB and an SSD, that i3 8100 processor is showing its age.

There's no way I can go that small and I'm not to keen on affording ITX given I have a working mATX board already.

So?

I'm thinking of a small mATX case with space for a Blu-ray/4K drive, sufficient cooling to not throttle and silent in use. Half height would work with no GPU, I'm guessing a 300watt PSU.

If anyone can recommend a discrete case and PSU that would help me.

I'm going to have to replace the CPU cooler too. I prefer downdraught units (Current build has a BeQuiet Shadow Rock TF2 which is great but a bit tall) Recommendations for cooler welcomed.

In terms of never say never, I'm a bit out of date on GPUs and while I don't intend on using one, I might have to.

Most interested in Case/PSU and Cooler than worrying about the most powerful GPU that will fit. I had a 1050ti half height years ago and impressed by the amount of noise it made, if there's space in the case, I'll aim for a passive GPU on the offchance I suddenly need to play Diablo.

Appreciate any thoughts,

B.
