At the end of the month, I'm going to be starting my migration to mATX. My current case is too big and I want something a little more, fancy.

My choice so far for the case is this, going to try and get a red & black one from their website:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Parvum Systems S1.0 MicroATX Case - Black with White £129.95
Total : £138.65 (includes shipping : £7.25).

Currently, I'm rocking a H100i, so I'll be looking to use this and naturally with a stunning case, you have to co-ordinate the colour.

I'm looking at these fans, but I'm unsure if they are 4 pin or not. If not, I will need 4 red fans with 4 pins connectors:

YOUR BASKET
4 x Prolimatech Red Vortex Red Wings Red LED 120mm Fan £10.99 (£43.96)
Total : £48.96 (includes shipping : £4.16).

Case fans, I'm looking to get the BitFenix Spectra Red, the motherboard should have enough headers for me to hook them up, if not, I'll get a 5.25" bay cut into the acrylic.

With the rear fans being 80mm :( I'm going to use adapters to fit 120mm fans so intotal, it kind of looks like this:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Parvum Systems S1.0 MicroATX Case - Black with White £129.95
4 x Prolimatech Red Vortex Red Wings Red LED 120mm Fan £10.99 (£43.96)
5 x BitFenix Spectre PWM 120mm Fan Red LED - Black £7.99 (£39.95)
3 x Bitspower Ultimate Fan Adapter 80/92mm to 120mm - UV Blue £3.98 (£11.94)
Total : £235.43 (includes shipping : £8.00).

I will be scouring the MM for a nice mATX motherboard, if funds are still available, something like a Maximus V Gene will do nicely.

What are your thoughts? What would you change/recommend?

I'm not sure about using a 120mm to 80mm adapter in the back of the case. On mine, it looks like the rear i/o on the motherboard would get in the way.

Why not just get some SP120s for the h100i? They'll look nice with the red rings. Then some red LED fans for the front. The light shining through the front of the case looks awesome.

I've been looking at the SP's and they dont seem to be PWM with 4pin connector.

I have however found these

Stulid - I've tried to hook them up on my H100i, but they don't seem to work.

I meant use your AF as the case fans and dont go blowing a wad of money on different fans because they glow a pretty colour?

I'll try them, but isn't that the point of having a pretty case :D

TBH very few people are probably ever going to see the case, whatever you're happy with is the correct answer.

If you want to spend more money for glowy lights that only you will see / take notice of then it's worth it, personally i wouldn't go out of my way to procure them.
