Micro atx spec check

friend of mine is putting together a microatx pc for lanning and running a 24inch moniter for games (mainly cod4). this spec look ok? he already has case, and drives, hopes to get 3ghz out of it

I don't know what the case is so can't offer any advice about clearances etc but everything there is compatible at least, I might however suggest the E2180 or E2200 as the 10x and 11x multiplier respectively mean that it is a bit easier to reach 3ghz if you can't get a high FSB out of the motherboard. mATX motherboards not being known for their overclocking abilities usually. :)
 
in terms of the mobo its a g33 chipset and so does 333mhz already so hopin 3ghz is ok. Anyone actually used this board? wondering about the voltage controls specifically and *** the range is
