Micro ATX system build component recomendations please?

This will be my first Micro AXT build and I need to get this right as its built for a targeted purpose where reliablility is essencial.

This system will be used for live Karaoke performances from which the Micro AXT case will be built into a home made box for easy mobility.

The system dont have to be super sonic powerfull but has to be 100% reliable, no audio pops, stuttering or heat issues e.c.t.

I need a quality system built around Intel core 2 duo, or the least voltage required for less heat. I need a very good cooler for the best noise to performance ratio.

Sound card wise I was looking at M-Audio Delta 44 as I need easy access and the larger jack inputs.

Any recomedations for the case nad other issues I mite have forgot about please advice. I have to perchse the parts today from this store.

This sound card might seem a bit dear but it allows 4 input mics very handy for duets or groups and because it is external it will not suffer form internal Pc electrical interferences noise .
