Micro ATX X99 build HELP rendering 3d machine setup

So I wanted to make a nice small pc form factor with X99 platform. Here are the parts I have picked so far
Case
Phenom MATX Cube Case - Nvidia Edition - White
Motherboard
EVGA X99 Micro2 Haswell Extreme Micro ATX Motherboard
Mamery
Vengeance LED 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - Red LED
M.2 ssd
Samsung 950 Pro 256GB M.2 PCI-e 3.0 x 4 NVMe Solid State Drive
And 6tb green drive
Gpu
GeForce GTX 1070 HerculeZ Twin X2 8192MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
water cooling kits aio
not sure

NOT SURE
Cpu
NOT SURE
As this my first build I need some help in regards to the Phenom MATX Cube Case - Nvidia Edition – White case I want to know if my gpu will fit and the motherboard m.2 also will it work?
Feel free to swap and change my parts if you feel their better solution as I am still learning here.

I found out by tom that this case no good so I need new one can any one suggest me one?

I like the look minim look but as long as I can get big gpu in their I am happy but I do have to be car full as I want to build small case.

also if you can find a PC Design Lab QMicra V2 - these are pretty amazing - built like a tank too. Not made any more though...

Vote for the fractal design node 804 here. Love mine but if i was you I'd get some low profile memory if you plan to go Matx and AIO cooler.

My dominator ram fouled on my h100i so now making do with a 120mm AIO cooler master cooler on the exhaust.
