Micro / Mini power supply needed

Hi Guys.

just bought a mini ITX case to build a second PC and the power supply (250W) is far too loud...

the system is a gigabyte H61N mobo and Core i3 3.3 cpu.

I need a good silent PSU of around 250 to 300 Watts for this small case..

any recommendations?

Just had a look at a review of this - http://www.be-quiet.net/be-quiet.net/index.php?StoryID=17&ProductID=47&websiteLang=en

But it is said to be audible and get noisy at full load, the small fans that these tiny PSU's have dont help as they spin fast to move a decent amount of air.

You might get a better response in the Small Form Factor section.
