Micro size USB 3.0 flash drives?

My existing USB 2.0 flash drives measure 30mm x 12mm x 2mm and I can easily store three of them in my wallet.

Does anyone know of any similar sized USB 3.0 flash drives? Preferably 16GB+ but 8GB would do. It's the thickness that matters most.

It's still early days for the smaller USB3.0 flash drives, I've been looking for some too but it seems the flash memory chips are still quite fat!
