micro stutter

having problems with a new b uild

every time i start youtube i get a second or two of stutter even worse if i have tabs open

build is ryzen x1800

msi power titanium x370 mb

32gb ddr4 ram

evga 750p2 psu

does anyone know how to isolate the fault

Have you tried a diffrent web browser ? update flashplaer, etc.

What gpu are you using, and have you updated the driver since the build?

And is it only youtube that is affected?

Is it just youtube that triggers the stutter?
Is it happening on different browsers?

im using a gtx 670

just updated the graphics driver and tried a new browser (firefox) was using chrome but still stuttering

tried using vlc player that stutters as well

running in maximum power saver mode? might be trying to downclock the cpu, causing the stutter

Are you running any adblockers?

If so try disabling them and see if it helps.

Just something to try to try and narrow down the issue. Close the browser (ensure all processes are closed in task manager) temporarily disable your sound card in device manager, reopen both web browsers and launch a video and see if it still happens.
