MicroATX build required

Hi all,

Need a little help putting a mATX build together for my sister to replace a very old system I built for her about 10 years ago.

It needs to be mATX as the case has to fit in a certain gap, and the only one I can find that's suitable and fits is:

This needs to last them a long time, so want to try and get her on a decent i5 and 8GB ram setup, with an SSD for OS and a storage drive. It shouldn't be used for gaming afaik, so the CPU/onboard graphics should suffice. Don't need monitor or OS. Budget ~£500.

Was looking at the following, or could the money be more wisely utilised?

Don't bother with a 'K' series CPU or Z97 motherboard - utterly no need if it's not being used for gaming and is for your sister. Noise (or more accurately, lack of noise) and stability would be top of my list. If you wanted to you could add a 3rd party cooler and some quiet case fans to keep the noise down further.

Thanks for the advice! No benefit to the better board/CPU in terms of longevity? She made her last PC go about 10 years, just figured it might help in the long term to have a bit more to play with.
