Microphone Help

Hey guys,

Yesterday I some how disabled my microphone or something. It works fine when testing it on the recording tab on windows here -

But the problem it will not work on skype or any other application?

I am not sure what I have done and it is probably a simple fix, does anybody have any ideas?

Right click, disable, then enable, then set as defaults if nothing else works buy a new one

Done that, I think it needs to be enabled somewhere.. I am not going to buy a new one as its onboard.
