Microscope 2000

I keep getting hassled by these people and i'm on the verge of buying it just to stop them calling me Does anyone use it?

I won't really buy it, but i'm intrigued by the software and was wondering if it actually is worth buying? My job is pc repair so it might be very handy.

Also, can anyone get onto my website www.smg-computers.com ? My hosting company claim everything is ok, but I can't access emails, or the site or cpanel. Neither can my mates from their computers on different internet connections.

We have Microscope 2000, can't say it's been of much use for us - I've had a look at it maybe twice and it's never helped me diagnose a problem that I couldn't have figured out by other methods. It's always there though, maybe it will prove useful someday. But we don't get very much faulty/broken hardware anyways.
And your url doesn't work for me either.
