I received this keyboard today and I'm having a small issue with it.
Windows 8.1 recognised it and installed the driver and keyboard centre software just fine and I was able to configure the Hotkeys.
Problem is the Hotkeys only work after opening the keyboard centre software. They do not work without doing this after boot-up/restart. I have to start the keyboard app everytime after boot to use the Hotkeys.
I've googled the issue and have turned off anything that uses hotkeys.
I've also checked in the registry to see if HIDService is set to Auto load at boot.
I've tried other USB ports also.
Any help would be appreciated.
