Microsoft 70-270 information - PASSED

Hi all

i am taking this exam today and wanted to what % i need to pass? and how long i get ect! much info a possible.

The passmark is 700 points which is 71%

its proberly the easiest required MCSE exam, but beware, they're not walk overs

i got 660 marks when i took it. gits.

needed 700 to pass. still next time!

do they offer a course on just 70-270?, If they do it would be a lot cheaper to self study and book the exam yourself through someone like thompson prometric.

i though i had failed it, i had a lot on gp's, remote desktop and hdds setups. i also had some questions on iis and unix. but the exam is random! i did find it rather hard!

i also have done my mcdst that is easy!

i also found out you can install the recovery console! did not no you could do that.

i remeber 270 being pretty hard, i had a really easy 290 exam most of the questions were about backups, 291 was pretty easy as well with mostly dns questions. 284 was a biatch, only got about 75%

i must complete the other 3 mcse exams soon

While we're talking about 70-270, does anyone know if Virtual PC will be anygood to set up a server on, to try out all the stuff im seeing. I dont have time to practice at work and money is abit short to go and get another comp to build one.
