To be honest im not sure what i clicked wrong when signing into my account but this is where i have ended up:

my security info was my old mobile phone number i that i don't own anymore.
so i can't be sent a code there.
I cant update my mobile phone number because i cant get into my account for 30 days
I have been able to reset my password though.
so have i really got to wait until the 26th october to access and manage subscriptions on my XboxOne etc ?
