microsoft acsess help !!!!!

ok so ive made a database in acsess

setup the switchboard all is well,

i want to make a standalone file tho so it doesnt open in acsess aswel if u get my drift, im sure it can be done,

at the minute ive setup them as web pages but its not ideal

sorted the auto loading can i resize the window ?
