Anyone know how to get rid of this? I've tried disabling it and uninstalling it but it just reappears, my OCD wants rid :D

Ran windows update it froze, had to hard reset the PC now my OS won't load. I think it may of needed a fresh install anyway.

After a complete reformat the problem is still there, I'm hesitant to try and install any other graphics drivers bar the nvidia ones as last time I did this via windows update everything went haywire.

Edit: Tried installing the Intel driver from the site, system froze again, after reboot black no signal screen after windows loading, figured it must be trying to use the onboard graphics instead of my GPU. Booted into safe mode, Microsoft Basic Display Adapter fixed and now shows Intel HD 4000 but I've had to uninstall it again so my PC boots using my GPU.

Just going to have to live with the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter error in device manager I think.
