Microsoft email.

Hi all I've forgot my microsoft email password and done the thing to recover it 3 times and still no email from them this was way last week they say it takes 24 hours to get a reply . Any ideas don't want to make another account can't even play my microsoft store games ..any help would be great thanks for reading this ...

The reset emails haven't gone to a spam folder or something? I know they don't show the full email address where the email is sent to, but did it look like they had the correct one you still have access to?
